    Location: Head Office, Gold Coast Qld

    Job Description: This role is Permanent full-time.

    Role includes: You are an integral team player working under the National Sales Manager, Sales coordinator and with the entire sales team across all brands. You will be responsible for driving and integrating revenue opportunities across all sites through not only new business but through concept selling existing clients. Aside from having your own assigned monthly budgets you will be expected to contribute and help out when called upon by other staff members to achieve their own budgets.

    The kind of things you will be doing can include:
    - Coming up with revenue ideas for the website
    - Conception of ideas with team to achieve budget
    - Helping to drive numbers to the websites
    - Inventory management
    - Coming up with turnkey integrated media solutions
    - Liaising with clients, marketing dept and sales dept on these media solutions
    - Generally assisting the editorial team with implementation of ideas

    Experience This is a medium level senior position so you will be required to have solid sales skills specifically in the digital area. Ideally you will have not only a passion for the lifestyles that we cater for but media in general. 2-3 years in the agency sector is desirable as this is where our growth potential lies.

    Skills/attributes: You must have a solid understanding of all digital platforms and their measuring systems, you will also need to know how to read and respond to digital briefs. A creative thinker with the innate ability to convert ideas into action. Strong organisational skills to get projects off the ground and executed smoothly. Resourceful and full of common-sense. A strong sense of service and pitching in where needed to help your team out.

    This position would best suit: A motivated, sales person with web skills, above average organisational ability and tonnes of initiative. Someone who not only participates but has a broad interest in action sports. Someone who has a strong work ethic, enjoys autonomy and would relish the opportunity to combine their passion with profession.
